COLLISION REPAIRS

2005 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY IN FOR COLLISION REPAIR AFTER HITTING A SIGN AND UTILITY POLE, VAN RECIEVED HEAVY SUSPENSION HIT ON THE DRIVERS SIDE BUT DID NOT BLOW THE AIR BAGS.

SUBFRAME WAS OK BUT WAS MOVED REARWARD 14 MM AND NEEDED PULLED ON A FRAME MACHINE. ALL FRONT PANELS EITHER NEEDED REPLACED OR BLENDED.

AFTER THE REPAIRS THE VAN WAS VIRTUALY BRAND NEW WITH NO VISIBLE SIGNS OF AN ACCIDENT. THE COLOR WAS BLENDED PERFECTLY AND MECHANICALY WAS SOUND AND WORKED GREAT. THE VAN DESERVED A GREAT REPAIR DUE TO ITS AGE AND LOW MILAGE.

ENGINE REPLACEMENT

 

THIS IS A 2002 GMC SONOMA WITH A BROKEN ENGINE. THE ENGINE NEEDED REPLACEMENT DUE TO VERY LOW OIL PRESSURE. AS ENGINE JOBS GO IT WAS DIFFICULT DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF DISASSEMBLY REQUIRED. THE LABOR GUIDE TIME WAS SOMETHING LIKE 19 HOURS AND IT TOOK ALL OF THAT DUE TO SOME RUSTED BOLTS AND IMPOSSIBLE AREAS TO GET TO . THE JOB TURNED OUT WELL AND RUNS GREAT . THANKS TO THE CUSTOMER AND JASPER ENGINES.

 Melvin and his family have owned this Cuda since day one with a small period of time it belong to a fella near by who just let the car sit in a garage for several years. It was bought back and brought to Noel Automotive for a full turn key restoration. This car at the time was the rustiest car ever to be taken on. We got through it just fine with a very nice car in the end
